Licence and resell rights

Every bundle ships with Private Label Rights and Master Resell Rights. This page sets out what those two terms allow, in language you do not need a lawyer to read.

What PLR means

Private Label Rights let you treat the footage as your own material. You can cut it, grade it, add your logo, overlay your captions, and publish the result under your own name. You do not have to credit The Pixel Stacker anywhere.

What MRR means

Master Resell Rights let you sell the bundle to someone else. You set the price, you keep everything you charge, and there is nothing to report back. Your buyer receives the same rights you did.

You can

  • Edit, trim, colour and rebrand any clip as your own work
  • Post on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and Pinterest
  • Use clips in paid advertising, including ads you run for clients
  • Sell the bundle onward at a price you set and keep the full amount
  • Include clips inside your own products, templates or courses
  • Use the footage for an unlimited number of accounts and clients

You cannot

  • Claim you filmed or own the original footage
  • Upload individual clips to stock libraries for licensing
  • Use footage in anything unlawful, hateful or defamatory
  • Share or publish your download link
  • Use footage to train a generative video model

Common licence questions

Do I need to credit The Pixel Stacker?

No. Private Label Rights remove any attribution requirement. Post the clips as your own.

Can two people buy resell rights to the same bundle?

Yes. Master Resell Rights are non-exclusive, so other buyers hold the same rights you do. Your edit, your branding and your audience are what set your version apart.

Can I use the clips for a client without buying again?

Yes. One purchase covers unlimited clients and unlimited accounts. There is no seat count.

What happens if my download link stops working?

Contact us with your order reference and a fresh link is issued. Links are replaced, not resold.

Does the licence expire?

No. The rights granted at purchase are perpetual and do not need renewing.
